Jim coaches a spin class at the local YWCA in Asheville, NC. His playlists for the classes have been called the best in the industry. Below are his recent playlists. Maybe you can use them in your workouts.

Jim’s spin classes are typically of the following 14-song format: 1 warm up song, 3 groups of 4 songs each, then a cool down song. Each song within groups are for fast flat, standing run, seated uphill, and standing uphill. It’s a great workout.

His classes are typically at 9am on Saturday. Join us if you can!
